Students who complete this course would be able to: (a) Understand the nature, process and structure of negotiations. (b) Understand different types of negotiations and the dynamics of cooperative and competitive interaction in negotiations. (d) Appreciate and leverage their bargaining position in a situation. (e) Learn and apply influence and persuasion techniques. (f) Learn ways to build lasting working relationships.
